Google's machine-learning framework, and the main alternative to PyTorch. Keras is its friendlier front end.
Think of it like
A rival brand of the same workshop tools. Someone fluent in one can usually pick up the other.
Junior or senior?
Now often a sign of an older codebase or of production models built a few years back, since new work has largely moved to PyTorch. Not a negative, but worth asking which era their experience is from.

“Was that a new project, or an existing TensorFlow codebase you inherited?”
