Synthesize Interview Panel Feedback
When to use it
Turn scattered scorecards from multiple interviewers into one clear picture before the debrief.
The prompt
Summarise this interview panel's feedback for {{Candidate Name}}, {{Job Title}}, ahead of the debrief. THE SCORECARD AREAS: {{the competencies the loop was assessing}} FEEDBACK FROM EACH INTERVIEWER: {{paste each interviewer's notes and scores, labelled by interviewer and round}} Give me: 1. A grid of scorecard areas against interviewers, showing each score and the evidence cited for it, with "not assessed" where an area wasn't covered. 2. Where the panel agrees: strengths and concerns raised by more than one interviewer, with the supporting evidence. 3. Where the panel disagrees, quoting the conflicting notes, and whether the disagreement is about what the candidate did or about where the bar sits. 4. Scores with little or no evidence behind them, and feedback that describes the candidate's personality rather than what they said or did. 5. Areas nobody assessed properly. 6. The three open questions the debrief must resolve before a decision. Do not produce a hire/no-hire recommendation and do not average the scores into one number. That decision stays with the panel.
Tip
Run this only on feedback submitted before the debrief. Once interviewers have heard each other, their notes start converging on the loudest view, and the disagreement section — the most useful part — quietly disappears.
How to use it
Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or whichever assistant you use, then replace every {{bracketed}} part with your own detail. The more specific and messier your input, the better the output — a model given raw notes has more to work with than one given a tidy summary you wrote first.
