Toolkits from model providers and others for building AI agents: they handle the loop of calling the model, running tools, keeping track of the conversation, handing work between agents and adding safety checks. Examples include the OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Microsoft Agent Framework. A lighter-weight alternative to frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
