.NET MAUI / Xamarin
Also written as .NET MAUI, MAUI, Xamarin, Xamarin.Forms
Microsoft's way to build iOS, Android and desktop apps from one C#/.NET codebase. Xamarin was the original (2011); .NET MAUI replaced it in 2022, and Microsoft ended Xamarin support in May 2024. Most common in companies already built on Microsoft technology, often for internal or enterprise apps.

Senior sounds like

Ask them
“Was your work on Xamarin, .NET MAUI or both? If you migrated, what didn't carry over cleanly?”
