“Which SAP modules did you work in, and was your work configuring processes or writing code?”
Sounds like real experience
Names specific modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and is clear about whether they configured, developed in ABAP, or did both, with a project they can describe.
Probe further if
Has only used SAP as an end user entering orders or invoices, which is a different job from implementing it.
