Storybook
A tool for building and previewing UI components in isolation, outside of a full running app, making it easier to develop, document, and visually test each component on its own.
Think of it like
Like a furniture showroom displaying each piece individually under good lighting, instead of only ever seeing furniture already crammed into a fully decorated room.
Junior or senior?
Junior sounds like
Browses Storybook stories someone else wrote.
Senior sounds like
Has written stories themselves and can describe something a story caught that testing in the full app would have missed.
Ask them
“Have you written Storybook stories yourself? What did having them catch that testing in the full app might have missed?”
