MVP (Model-View-Presenter)
Also written as Model-View-Presenter
A UI architecture pattern like MVC, but the 'Presenter' fully mediates between the View and the Model — the View has no direct knowledge of the Model at all. Note: this is a different 'MVP' from Minimum Viable Product; watch for candidates or job posts using the acronym both ways.
Think of it like
Like a translator in a meeting who relays everything between two people who never speak directly to each other — the View only ever talks to the Presenter.
