A short description of a feature from the end user's perspective, typically formatted 'As a [user], I want [goal], so that [reason].'
Think of it like
Like a customer's order written in their own words ('I want the soup, extra hot') instead of the kitchen's technical recipe card.
Junior or senior?
Junior sounds like
Can recite the 'As a user, I want' template.
Senior sounds like
Can walk through a story they wrote and how it became shipped, tested code.
Ask them
